No, Hayden Dental Care does not accept Medicaid at this time.

We have an on-site parking lot adjacent to the building and ample free street parking.

Monday: 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.
Tuesday: 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.
Wednesday: 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.
Thursday: 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.
Friday: 8:00 a.m. - 1:00 p.m. (first and third Friday of the month)
Saturday: Closed
Sunday: Closed -
How early should I get to my appointment?
Please arrive 15 minutes before you appointment to complete any remaining paperwork and get your insurance on file.

Do you accept insurance?
Yes, we are in-network with several insurance companies including Aetna, Altus, Ameritas, Blue Cross Blue Shield, Cigna, Delta Dental, DenteMax, GEHA, Guardian, Humana, MetLife, Principal, United Concordia, and several others.

What do I need for my first appointment?
You need to bring your health history, a current list of medications, and a copy of your insurance card (if applicable).
